On Day 6, the NBA 2K24 Summer League in Las Vegas action continued.

Ausar Thompson of the Pistons and Gradey Dick of the Raptors, two lottery picks, were featured in the premier clash, but it was Thunder center Chet Holmgren who stole the show with a remarkable performance.

Clippers 83, Grizzlies 74

Kenneth Lofton Jr. contributed 24 points and 10 rebounds, but the Grizzlies were defeated by the Clippers thanks to double-doubles from Kobe Brown (12 PTS, 10 REB) and Jason Preston (13 PTS, 10 REB).

Hawks 99, Timberwolves 93

The Hawks beat the Timberwolves thanks to Tyrese Martin’s 25 points and Seth Lundy’s 14 points on four 3-pointers.

Mavericks 98, Warriors 96 (OT)

Thanks to Braxton Key’s game-winning putback, the Mavericks needed overtime to secure their thrilling victory over the Warriors.

Jaden Hardy, a second-year guard, led the Mavericks in scoring with 21 points on the night, while Oliver-Maxence Prosper (17 PTS, 10 REB) and Dereck Lively II (11 PTS, 10 REB) shined as rookies.

With an average of 24.0 points per game for the Mavericks, Jaden Hardy has been a scoring machine.

Pistons 94, Raptors 90

In order to defeat the Raptors, the Pistons overcame a 17-point deficit. For the Raptors, No. 13 overall pick Gradey Dick ended with 22 points and seven rebounds, while No. 5 overall pick Ausar Thompson finished with 17 points, nine rebounds, and four steals.

Thunder 98, Pacers 87

Chet Holmgren led the Thunder to win with his greatest Summer League effort of 25 points, 9 rebounds, and 5 blocks.

Knicks 82, Magic 80

The Knicks overcame a 13-point hole to defeat the Magic in overtime. Jett Howard, the No. 11 pick, led the Knicks in scoring with 22 points, and Quinndary Weatherspoon contributed 17 points and seven rebounds.

Jazz 96, Nuggets 91

Despite losing Keyonte George to injury in the second quarter, the Jazz maintain their unbeaten record in Vegas. With 14 points apiece, Luka “amani” and Ochai Agbaji helped Utah win.

Celtics 95, Lakers 90

Jordan Walsh, a rookie with the Celtics, continued to shine in Vegas, scoring 25 points and grabbing eight rebounds while shooting 10-of-20 from the floor.

The Thomas & Mack Center and Cox Pavilion in Las Vegas will host Summer League games. There will be a minimum of five games played by each of the 30 NBA teams.
